I want my alarm clock app to stay on all night.

It closes at 4:00 every morning I clicked the stay awake in developers options already and it still closes.

I'm not totally understanding the problem. Are you saying you want your screen to stay lit all night? What do you mean by "it closes"? The alarm should sound at the time you set and if you don't turn it off, it'll stay on for a while and then turn itself off automatically. Not at all sure what you're asking.

I am really not getting exactly what do you want from alarm clock app.
I don't think so you need any thing to do with developer option, this is very simple concept about the alarm that just set the time and it will make you wake up until you don't snooze or turn off.

However I believe you want to more extra facilities with your inbuilt app so here I'll suggest to install any other app from play store as there are so many applications is available.
I'll recommend A.I.Awake 2.0, I am paid user of this alarm clock app and very satisfy with this.
