I want my phone to stop turning itself on when I move it

[Android Central Question]

I have a Galaxy S10. It turns on when I don't want it to and this results in apps self-launching, texts being sent etc. I see answers to this that say to go to settings > Security > Lock screen. My settings menu has "Biometrics and Security" and there is no Lock Screen. Within the lock screen settings, there is no "Wake Up" feature shown. How do I turn off this annoying feature?

Are you using a password or biometric?
