I will have a Rezound

There is also a slim extended battery by Mugen that fits the stock back. Same size as original battery and is 1900 mA

I came over from the bolt when the rezound dropped to $50. The phone has a narrower profile that I initially thought would compromise Web browsing (I was wrong, the hi res screen more than makes up for the thinner profile.) ilthe rezound fits nicer in the hand. I miss the kickstand still at least once a week. But there is zero lag, the screen is a thing of beauty, and ICS has oy made the phone more solid (as opposed to Thunderbolt updates that caused more bugs than it fixed.) The rezound is definitely the phone I thought I was getting while waiting months for the thunderbolt. Welcome, the rezound forum has one of the friendliest and most welcoming communities I've encountered at Android Central.

I should have it by noon tomorrow. I will definitely miss the kick stand, but like anything will get used to it. See all of you later and thanks again.....:)

I also had the Blunderbolt.: Here's what I've noticed with the Rezound:

1. The phone was PHANTASTIC from the get go. And I consider myself to be VERY nit-picky. But it was superb, especially compared to the Blunderbolt and the Droid X I had before it. Until...
2. I started having 4G issues in May. The 4G would just flat out drop to nothing for about ten seconds two or three times a minute, and several times a day. That lasted for about 2-3 months (or maybe shorter, but it felt like forever).
3. ICS came and saved the day. Or so I thought. Until I waited for a couple of days. Then 4G issues again.
4. I did a factory wipe, and now everything except Facebook is golden. I uninstalled (disabled) Facebook and rebooted about five hours ago, and so far, so good.

Overall, the Rezound is ridiculously better than the Blunderbolt. I went through 9 Blunderbolt and only 4 Rezounds. :)

Oh my! I hope this is my one and only!

If you have the stock battery, do not get the verizon case with kickstand and holster, it is designed for the extended battery. I believe verizon claims it will work for both, but you are adding a lot of bulk for nothing.

I have said case, the and there are two. The one for the extended and the regular one I have on my phone right now. The kick stand is awesome and does not ad much of anything to the phone

WED I will be receiving a certified like new Resound as a replacement after having two replacement Thunderbolts. I loved my bolt and am disappointed . I hope the Resound will be a good replacement. I wanted to early upgrade but way too soon. Tech support made this offer to me but wouldn't do a new out of the box and I offered to partially pay for new. My bolt replacement isn't functioning well. Has been in 1X at home. Woke up and not fully charged. Was at 64% I have a new wall charger. It was completely plugged into t he phone. I have done 2 FACTORY RESETS. Removed the SIM and the battery. At work it stays at 3g. I have it set at CDMA to save battery life. Only yesterday did it act weird at work. I am not happy but am glad tech support offered me a comparable device. The Rep last night said I could have a new LG but would be 3g only. No way. Why downgrade me?
I prefer HTC. So am pleased with the troubleshooting. Just hope I have my internet without problems.
I sold wireless for a few years....I know how to troubleshoot.
Keeping my fingers crossed. Verizon said no known issues in Cave Creek. So.....

Omg! You are leaving your thunderbolt!

I thought that would never happen.

I did a few months ago and am not looking back.

You will love the rezound

I will never understand why vzw doesn't lower the full price of older phones as they cut the subsidized price. If they sold the Rezound new for $350 I would buy one but no way I would pay over $600. I'm reluctant to purchased used. May be buying someone else's problem with no warranty to boot.

I just got the Rezound set up. OMG! Not losing connection at home on internet ..knock on wood. Like it so far. Tbolt on its way to Verizon. I loved that phone. So now we will just hope all is good. If issues in the next 48 hours Verizon said to call and they will have a te h check towers in cave creek
Have ice cream.....sweet
