The changelog stated that sometimes the wrong sender would be listed on an SMS

Actually, the change log say, the SMS bug is fixed in the latest leaked update.
I havent seen the bug to start with and I send about 6000 (seriously) texts a month...Why call when you can text...
How is an unannounced OTA delayed? Please everyone just chill. Verizon will probably put out a giant neon sign stating that the RAZR/MAXX is getting ICS, and underneath it in super small print that's the same font color as the background "the Rezsomething is also getting ICS. "
6000 a month? Damn I do that in like a week. I clear a few hundred by noon usually.
Delayed in the sense that internally VZW had planned to release it today, two weeks ago. Something came up in the meantime (probably a nasty letter from Motorola*, since the SMS bug is fixed) and they have not made an official announcement. This is why 1. internal docs are not meant to be seen outside the walls of Big Red and 2. it's fun to see people get stirred up when those docs are released.
It's interesting to see the timeline, just to see what is holding some software up.
*the way they are throwing money at the "Droid" line and making sales reps pimp them out is funny. I love when a creepy VZW rep drives a customer to me because they keep shoving a Razr in every customer's face.

yeah I am feeling so inadequate right now. I thought 6K a month was bad...
Worst I saw when I was with VZW was a girl who was averaging around 38k a month, with one month as high as 42k.
I can understand the 6000 a month as thats about what I average, somewhere between 6000-8000 a mo. I can even under 6000 a week...its a bit extreme but I can understand. But 38-42k a month...who is she texting??? Lol! I hope her family had unlimited messaging.
I know with me, I talk to like 5-6 people all day every day + random craziness. And my ~6000 is back and forth not just sending. I know it sounds bad but at least I'm keeping to less than 1000 per day

right..My 6000-8000 is back and forth too. funny thing its only really one person i talk to all day everyday and majority of them are from her lol. yeah 1000 a day is a bit much..lol. i usually hit that in about 3 days lol. But all of these numbers make me wonder what's the record for most texts sent in a month and who holds it. lol
I know they push the droid line but I ended up with the rezound because a rep recommended it to me because I said I have music on my phone. I am happy with this recommendation
That was this girl's problem. The whole time her family was in the store her eyes were on her phone and her thumbs were typing away, she was maybe 13 or 14
