So far I'm liking the update, although taking the WiFi switch out of the pulldown menu is VERY annoying. It seems much faster, and I'm finally able to run Stitcher without it sucking up my entire CPU (I had been stuck using Stitcher with my iPod Touch instead and so was limited by WiFi).
That being said, I think the damage by Sprint has already been done. To me, the trust factor is gone. I can no longer trust them to get things out on time to the most people. And even though I'm in a city with WiMax (Pittsburgh), I've heard the kvetching from elsewhere and can't help but feel sorry for them. When I visit home in FL and complain about the horrible signal, all Sprint does is say, "Well, the map says..." Add in my girlfriend begging me to switch to Verizon (because her phone bill is getting to be a bit big), which I can't do until next June, and you create the perfect set of circumstances for jumping ship.
