You can either grab the manual update version here or see if you can force the update by going into Settings and About phone, check for update..

I wish I could even grab it manually, but I'm out of luck because I have a strange version of windows that won't recognize my device no matter what drivers I install

I noticed it was very very very laggy when I first started running it. Then I uninstalled a number of apps I have never used, let it finish making app updates from the store (those always slow my device down!) and now it's running smoot (like buttah!).

Two thumbs up...though now I have to rethink my home screen icons/layout.

Are you using a generic USB cord? That was my problem earlier...

Try downloading PDANet on your computer and allow that to install the drivers and sync up your device.

Start making folders on your homescreen.. Best part of ICS....

Drag and drop other icons onto another to create a "folder". Condenses your icons/apps plus you play around you can get some cool visual looks depending on what you have as your "top or surface" app.

I took it back with One Click Stock and installed the updates fresh. (Don't ask me why, i just seem to have zero problems updating this way with big updates on my phones)

I'm stuck at the warning screen with the little android guy...i pushed down the volume and power buttons again and it won't do anything...been stuck for about 5 minutes now...what do i do?
