ICS Power Savings Modes Available?

Gingerbread had some power savings modes which were accessed via "Menu->Settings->Power->Power mode-> Economy, Performance, Normal". Is there such a thing for ICS? I'm running Android 4.0.3 ICS firmware version 3.14.605.5 on the Rezound and looking for any way to increase performance. I don't see this option on ICS.

The option "Menu->Settings->Developer Options->Force GPU rendering" is set to enable 2D HW acceleration.

Also, is there any way to have ICS change the power saving mode used depending on remaining battery level?

I cannot speak for stock ROMs, but I can say the power saving modes do exist, I use them in the Team PKMAN rom. It is in the list of tweaks they have.

I would try something like tasker to make the appropriate adjustments based on battery life.
