Mine was waiting for me when I got home from work. It was a little laggy still so I did a full factory wipe and only downloaded essential apps for now.

This update is awesome. What I have been waiting for. My Xoom was starting to lag hard, especially the keyboard when typing on websites, now its fast and snappy and like others have said a whole new tablet.

This is why I love Android.

I am experiencing the same things. I really hope when I get this update it solves the same issues you had!

This worked for me...downloading 81.9MB IML77 right now..O ya!!!

Took about 7 tries in the process they describe!

Never thought my Xoom would get 4.0.3 before my Galaxy Nexus. ICS works very well on the Xoom
