here is min, updated last night

My Xoom got ICS 2 weeks ago, I think ICS on the Razr is much more responsive, refined then the xoom. Google did this right there is no doubt!

Yes one of the requirements in the invite that I got was that your phone should not be rooted.

I wasn't able to do that on the lock screen. I think the other poster was referring to the 5 icon dock. You can long press those and change them around. If you find a way to change the shortcuts on the lock screen, let us know.

Gotta be a way to change the lock screen options!! The auto brightness is so dark! Otherwise ics is great!
