I know we live in a world of 24-hour support; but in the IT world a Friday is a really, really, bad day to release a major software revision. More people updating all at once and less support staff available to handle the inevitable issues. If VZ has any sense I just can't see this happening on the 6th. ...sorry.:'(

I'm sorry but with the experience I had with ICS on the GN when it launched I sure don't want it on my Rezound. I will deny this upgrade every day hour and minute possible and if it installs I will make Verizon issue me a new Rezound each time it does

food for thought. Do you think the reason they just put the Rezound on sale for 50 is they are tiring to unload all the GB phones? As this sale ends on the 9th and that is the same day, from what I have seen online that ICS will be released for it

I tend to agree you in terms of time frame but it's still a plausible date. Verizon has never released any OTA update that a clean bill of health on day 1. Why would they start now? It's not like the cs3r's ever offer great support in the early goings, anyhow., they just offer swaps.

I just got a update notice on my laptop for "Htc Sync" program
I have no idea if this has to do with any thing, but it looks like a sign of things are in motion for the phone to get an update as well.

I got this notice as well. Haven't had a chance to see what its change list includes.

Well, I decided to see what the update was all about so I tried to install it on my work computer...

Engrish...

Took about 40 seconds

It wanted to update those as well. Notice a new HTC driver.

So it's at this point that I found out that the new IT guy here at work took away my admin privileges on my computer -_- The installation failed because I don't have administrator rights.

This means war.

this what I was talking about new Drivers I have had no issues syncing so far.
