The roll out HAS begun. Otherwise regular non-MFN users wouldn't be getting the update. (And a small portion have gotten it)

It was supposed to start flying today but as of now no one seems to be getting it pushed to them.
@VZWSupport on Twitter said some people will wait as long as FOUR WEEKS for ICS. I'd say this whole thing stinks.
Dovahkiin is completely right about this. Motorola and VZW decided to pacify us with a "rollout is starting on June 22," when what they meant is the soak and a small group of non-MFN members are getting ICS on June 22. The rest of us might well wait until the end of July to get ICS. Technically they are telling the truth, but in reality no Android update has been so dishonest as that. Hopefully I'll be wrong, but let's be honest: this whole update has been one major PR disaster.

I just got a Tweet back from VZW support saying that it is pushing in batches to all devices and may be TWO WEEKS until everybosy gets it. Looks like it is defintely here, just a matter of when and that depends on who you talk to. Sorry, I'm not rooted and don't have ICS yet so no screenshot available.
2-3 weeks sounds realistic actually. Does the leak version wipe the phone or does it act as an upgrade?

My preference is that they take their time and work out any bugs reported by the soak testers. I'd much rather had a rock solid update then one with bugs so I could have it sooner. When I was a bit younger though I was more in the camp of early adopter I guess being a little bit older changers your desires.

Thanks for the info! Going from my Fascinate to the Maxx was tough since I was running CM9 for a few months. Going back to GB was tough. From what I've read here, it's looking good.
