Despite charging me, my order is still "on hold" as well. This is actually becoming laughable. Has anyone received shipping info yet or (dare I ask) the actual phone?

Monday morning now and no tracking info yet, it's Aug 8th! Approaching a week since the ship date of Aug 3rd, probably too late to cancel since my order is processing for shipment. I'll check the phone out and then return it, unless it blows me away.

So they're charging us ("processing") but not delivering. Isn't that not allowed? Aren't vendors only allowed to charge for the order once it ships? I don't want to jump to conclusions but what other conclusions can you draw at this point? People are pissed (check out the idol 4 reddit thread) and looking to cancel their orders.

Someone on Reddit posted that they received a tracking number only because they sent an angry email to customer service. It's supposed to arrive for them today. So who knows, we may just start seeing idol 4s' appear in our mailboxes.

Got mine usps today after requesting tracking info this morning, tracking, and discovering that it was waiting at post office. Pretty slick setup and phone. Camera is mediocre as expected but vr goggles are fun!

Jeezus! So loud! Louder than any phone I've heard, N6, 6p, M8, axon 7, moto xpe. Bass is poor but still music is crisp and clear. Two notches down from max volume is good, max is too much! Any decent $30 Bluetooth speaker will beat it but damn!

Camera seems to be a mixed bag. Would you say it's better, worse or on par with the moto X pure (which can take really nice shots with ideal lighting conditions)?

Camera seems on par with mxpe, little less sharp, especially when zooming.

After a continuous tweet storm today customer service direct message me for my order number and got my order into Processing. Still no tracking info yet though.

I called then emailed customer service and finally got a tracking number (they replied to my email). Unfortunately it still hasn't shipped! (Un-freaking-believable) Hopefully it'll be here by the weekend. Who knows.

Update - it shipped. woo hoo.

UPDATE: Finally got thru to customer service. They are OUT OF PHONES and have no ETA for shipment, NONE. They oversold just like an airline. I knew right away I was wasting my breath so I cut my rant short and hung up.

You can't make this up...literally 5 minutes after I hung up with them I got an email with tracking info. Coincidence? I'm scheduled for Monday delivery.
