If I swap motherboards in the htc 610 desire will I lose memory

I want to swap the motherboards in two htc 610 desires but I don't know if I will lose any saved data from the device.

You will. The storage is soldered to the board. In fact, if it's a model that has factory reset protection, the board you're installing could actually not allow you to set it up for yourself.
