Is there any way to wipe clean your tablet

Settings. Look for Factory reset. (But that gives you a tablet like it just came out of the box - you'll have to enter all that starting information again, all your pictures, videos, music, files, installed apps (not the ones that cane with the tablet) will all be gone.

as for your title, it could have happened by mistake if you didn't know what you're doing. also if someone had your Google password, they can easily wipe your phone from Google find my device
