You'll have to upgrade hers and then switch it to ur line as far as I know.. Except in sprint stores

Best Buy will take care of this. I had to use another lines upgrade and had no issues at BB.

I just got back from Best buy. First I went to Radio Shack and go the paper ad which the deal is printed on the front page. Then headed to Best Buy. Mobile dept had to check with there GM. I got my Evo on 5/24 and my wife got the S3 yesterday. Because I am a premier silver member they can price match up to 45days. So ended up getting $100 back.

Yes, got the tax back on both but $38 does not sound right. I live in Florida and other states have different tax rules on cell phones.

Success. Walked in, they had white 16gb in stock. I asked them if they would price match RS, they asked how much, they checked the site and that was that.

No stores will have them. You can only order it through Sprint web site or Tele-sales (telephone).

Best buy mobile at union square. They called the radio shack at 14th and 5th ave to verify the price. I didn't have to show them anything but my ID for them to pull up my reciept and refund me.

I went to RS to confirm they had it in stock. Grabbed the printed ad and went to BB. BB called to confirm stock and bang! Got my refund! Lol!

BestBuy in Westbury NY just issued me my refund. As i walked in I saw the MGR of the mobile department on the phone with a customers phone. He gave it back to them and customer walked out. I asked him about the radio shack promo and he said he was just on the phone with the radio shack down the block and that the promo was only for new subscribers. After i showed him the print out from the net that clearly states new line/contract or contract extention, he went on the web himself, verified and issued my refund of $54.32.

If you were that guy in the hat and a cast on your hand that left BB in Westbury, go back and claim your refund.
