The other day I put my Nexus 4 on the wireless charger to charge. It had about 22% left. I went to sleep. I woke up about 7 hours later to find that the phone had slipped off the charger and was now pretty much laying on my desk. Only a small part of the top of the phone was resting on the charger, and obviously not charging. My phone only had charged up to 52% when it fell off, or at least that's what it showed when I woke up, who knows how much exactly.
First I was wondering what caused it. Then I'm thinking of how to fix it. So I look at the surface of the charger, and I see tiny specs of dust and whatnot. It was my best guess that this was causing it to not stick well. Then it hit me! I went to the closet and got the lint roller. I ran that across the rubbery surface 7 or 8 times until I saw nearly all of the dust and tiny hair and particles gone. I put the phone back on it and it stuck like glue! So if you ever experience this, go get yourself a lint roller!
