I'm locked out. Correct password won't work?

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum. Yesterday I got locked out of my phone. I kept entering correct pattern but my phone kept rejecting it for some reason. I reached 20 attempts limits and now I can only use security question or sign in with google account. I don't remember answer to security question and only google account remains.

I entered correct username and password like 20 times and it keeps saying "Invalid username or password"
I made sure it still works on my PC and it normally signs in. So, I don't really know what to do. Perhaps it is a virus?
I had two google accounts registered on my phone by the way but neither works.

Help, please.

You may be a legitimate owner of that phone but how do we know that for sure?

You don't and I don't really know how to prove it through forum. I just asked for help. :-[
Anyways I do know correct username and password, why it doesn't work on the phone but it does on PC?(I could also try changing password but wifi is off right now so I don't know how my phone would know that new one) Has anyone ever had such problem before?

Or, please tell me how to backup my data before factory reset?
