I'm not getting notified when I have a text message

When I get a text message I'm not getting a notification. Yes the sound is on

Having the sound on is just part of the equation.. make sure you have the massager app's setting set correctly, this can be done via the Setting > Sound & Notifications > Set Notifications for apps & then select the desired setting/notification for your massager.
