Most Yahoo and MSN messenger apps don't seem to have options to increase the font size, most I've tried has tiny text and I don't have very good eye sight, K9 mail and Handcent SMS has helped me in those areas. Are there any out there that helps with font size?

as far as i know SMS/email HSMS and K-9 are sole winners. what kinda of apps are you looking for in terms of font customization

Try Hi Yahoo and Hi MSN in the android market. Also the new yahoo for android and MSN in the market allows font change as well.
