IMEI and serial number are not on the back of my Samsung s9

[Android Central Question]

I just bought a samsung s9+ on Amazon but when I wanted to check the IMEI number I realized that the back of the phone was clean withouth any info. Is this normal? I have checked the IMEI with other methods and it´s clean but I am worried that this means that the original back was removed and replaced (ruining the waterproofness)

My S9+ doesn't have the IMEI on the back of it either.

Not all S9 Plus has the IMEI on the back.depending on region.

At least in the US models, the IMEI numbers aren't printed on the back of the device. They generally have a sticker and the first thing I do after receiving any phone is take that ugly sticker off.
