Immersive Mode: Samsung Galaxy S4

I just recently updated my Samsung Galaxy S4 to Android 4.4.2 and was excited for the new features the update will bring to my phone. Unfortunately, it appears one of the features is missing: the immersive mode. Is anyone else experiencing the absence of this mode, or is it just me? Also, does anyone know if/how it can be fixed? Thanks in advance!
