In 10 min what the percent shuold be charge

I have Galaxy tab 3
My tab has a prblm is that slow charging ..
The employe of the service center said that in 10 min 2-3% will charge so i want to confirm that is it true??

If I had had to guess, I'd have said about 2%. Let's move the thread and ask the Tab 3 guys.
