In-Call problems and speaker problems

If someone can telll me where to find this information I would appreciate if they its somewhere else sorry. A few issues that are random and sporatic.

1. When making a call the call auto turns on speaker phone and no one can hear me and I can hear no one.
2. When in a call the phone will go to speaker and do the same thing but I can click it and it will go back to normal
3. When I finish a call the speakers stay as in call and not to the front speakers

These are all random events but happen more often lately.

I have issue 1.... I also had a problem at the Same time I could not disable autorotation.

Mine is currently back with htc and they have advised fixed and its in transit to be returned.

This shouldn't happen. Return the phone for a different one
