Inc2 wont let me add my GMAIL account to sync list....Need Help!

For some reason, it keeps popping up "LDAP Lookup failed" after I enter in my gmail account info. It also has said that I havent "Agreed to Terms & Conditions". Can someone help?!?!

Tryrebotting the phone and then try again
