Incipio Dualpro case damaging my ballistic nylon

I just bought the dualpro case from incipio through Verizon.. Within 2 days, the case is damaging my ballistic nylon.

The cases inner layer has raised bumps that go against the phone and these bumps are flattening and even separating the nylon.

Does anyone have a solution for this because I'd really like to keep this case.

Take it up with incipio, find on their website a contact email and provide pictures. They should do something about it.

Hmm, that's odd. I have the 64G version in the same case & haven't seen this...yet anyway.

I have the incipio black for my 64 BN, I do notice the imprints in the nylon but they go away after a couple hours. I'm not worried about it

Well the clear looks better but it's slippery and shows fingerprints. Also being plastic it would probably crack with one drop. I'm not really pleased with either.

I have the Otter Commuter. It's okay....... The top was all twisted when I got it, but I heated it with the hair dryer and formed it back into proper shape. Now, If I could only find a decent screen protector. And I tried the Verizon tempered protector. It is a good concept, but it does NOT cover the full screen and leaves gaps all around.

What color incipio did you all get? My black one has a grey insert does yours? Website shows it as black on black

Black has grey insert. Wife wanted red one at store and insert was damaged. It was the last red one and they were going to swap the insert from a black case until we realized the insert was grey rather than black.

I have the incipio dualpro case for my turbo. I ordered the iVoler tampered glass screen protector, it is on the way. Meanwhile I have the plastic on the screen that came with the phone when I got it. I noticed the case makes parts of that plastic at the bottom right corner "float up". Is that something to worry about? Will that happen with the tampered glass screen protector also?

I have the incipio dualpro black on black and the I valor screen protector when I ordered the screen protector online I was worried the case would interfere with the screen protector but to my relief it doesn't but it does attract lint in between the case and screen protector minor trade off

I have the blue droid turbo in ballistic nylon. Here is the picture of my phone with the case. I still have the factory plastic on it as my ivoler screen protector is on the way. The part of the picture enclosed in red is the part that seems to be "floating" after I put on the polycarbonate shell over the TPU cover of the incipio case. The phone with just the TPU cover on it does not have that issue.

I noticed the incipio dualpro was making dents in my Balistic Nylon Turbo after someone posted it here. I carefully removed the rubber bumps with a razor blade. They came off easily and left a smooth surface. This was a month or so ago and have had no issues with fit or function of the case.

Yea I did the same thing lol I have never touched my phone screen without a screen protector. But don't worry about the glass on because it's a little smaller than the factory plastic and doesn't even touch the case although I'd suggest taking the case off when it comes in. And if you do mess up when applying it try contacting them through amazon not the email in the directions cause I couldn't contact anybody through the email but when I used amazon I was able to get a new one.
