Incoming calls on my Samsung 8 plus after a few rings go directly to voicemail.

This has been going on for awhile...Yesterday three time....my phone rings and I Go to answer.....and before I can push the button to answer the call...it goes to voice mail. It happens in different locations and random calls. t mobile and Samsung say to do a factory reset....which I am not going to do at this point, I have done a hard reset and cleared caches. Any ideas?? Thanks Linda

I moved this from the Galaxy S forum (for the really old phone) to the S8+ forum.

How many times is it ringing before going to voicemail in those situations, and how many times is it supposed to ring before going to voicemail?

It can ring once or 2 times..i think it varies...and it is random...not all calls.

Ring time is more a network thing, you can dial codes to set the time, or just call the service provider and ask them to extend it...
