I edited your photo to hide the IMEI -- you should keep those numbers private (although Chinese knockoff phones have been known to steal IMEI numbers from other phones, so it might not even be that important! )

What do you need a custom ROM for? I agree with rvbfan -- custom ROMs need to be designed for that specific device, and it's very unlikely that a no-name or off-brand phone would gather enough interest for a developer to do that.

Can check out XDA Forums but that device looks outdated so probably have to look into some really old articles there if one available for it.
