Infinite Bootloop

hey ever since I updated my HTC one m7 on December, it began rebooting unexpectedly. And it still does it being more than 2 months since I haven't repaired it. I have S-on, all stock rom recovery, etc and relocked. I have noticed that sometimes it turns on for 5 minutes and then I saw it said unknown imei and baseband and then it shut off. Does anyone know how to repair this? I been struggling for the last couple of months. Will RUU fix this issue?
