I'm a newb at rooting, so please bare with me. I currently have the Sprint Epic Touch 4G with firmware 4.0.4 and build FL24. Last night I tried to root my phone with the ODIN 1-Click method. Being the newb that I am, I didn't realize that I downloaded the FI27 Kernel from here:
http://www.rwilco12.com/Files/Devices/Samsung%20Galaxy%20S2%20%28Sprint%29%20%28SPH-D710%29/Kernels/Stock%20%28TW%29%20Kernels/ICS/One-Click/SPH-D710.FI27_KERNEL.exe
So booted my phone into Download/Odin Mode. Started the 1-Click ODIN kernel and plug my phone in. The root process started but failed after a few minutes. Now, everytime I boot my phone up, I get an error message "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue..."
I'm at a loss at what I should do. Thanks in advance for any help!
