Instagram video on S4

I just updated instagram with video. I selected to use instagram's camera/video and when it starts up, the whole thing goes wonky. Notification bar keeps dropping down, can't record anything, nothing works. I have to close it down through long press of home button. Any ideas?

you should just uninstall the app and redownload it. hope this helps
