Installed Hboot and UnRevoked Wont Recognize my phone

I installed the Hboot, followed all the instructions there, then plug my phone into my computer, enable usb debugging, run Unrevoked, and nothing happens. Any ideas as to why?

Delete Hboot from root of sd card. (use astro or any other file manager app)
then connect inc to pc or mac make sure you have usb debugging on.
