Installig Samsung Kies on pc fail

I have just bought a new galaxy s2 skyrocket and tried to install kies on my pc but it doesnt do anythign after extracting it just says 'set up initializing'. I have to close it with task manager because it just gets frozen. I turn off my firewall and scanner but nothing. I have never had issues installing anything since windows xp... Im using windows 7 64bit. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Maybe you should download a fresh installation file and try again. I use a 64bit laptop running Windows 7 and I don't have that problem
