Installing Themes on Charge

Sorry if this question has been asked somewhere, but I was unable to find the answer by searching the forums. I have rooted my Samsung Charge and would like some easy to follow instructions on how to install themes to my phone. All directions I've followed so far haven't worked.

Is there a link or post already up on this, or can someone walk me through.
