?Intel My wifi technology compatable with my droid Inc?

Bought a new laptop. Sony VA10 with intel i3 processor. Came with "Intel My Wifi Technology" ..
Im suposto be able to send and retrieve pics and music wifi instead of using USB cables using this Wifi technology. Can't get it to work with my android incredible. Im wondering if they are compatable..?. Has anyone tried and succeded or tryed and failed? Its supose to work with cameras,phones,mp3 players and pretty much everything Wifi. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks

Jup I've got it!
first go on your android to your WIFI configuration, and press the conect WPS (or something like that) button. Then go to your MY WIFI program add a device by press button technologie.
Then it should make contact,
I only need to find out how to share between the two device's but maybe you could figure that out your self
