Interesting sms problem

Have had interesting problems lately...

Use HandCent....was having trouble when I typed a message it wouldn't display at all in the text box....when I sent message it would show up fine, but I couldn't preview as I typed....so I finally deleted HandCent....

And now the stock messaging app is also doing it once in awhile....and lagging really badly!

So I did a battery pull and so far so good.....wtf?

I had the same issue with stock MMS/SMS, then I tried Go SMS pro. and everything works! I will go back to stock once we get an update to fix these issues. I used to have Handcent, and I still like it, but Go sms is way easier to set up and use.

Now the stock app is doing it...and the entire phone seems a bit laggy all of a sudden...hmmmmm

I often get a black screen for a couple seconds when I open a SMS app (chomp and handcent). It's very annoying...

I've had this same issue with the stock SMS app. I havent tried any other SMS apps to know if the issue is replicated.
