Interior Parts Question

Hey guys - Was just looking at the one X interior and it looks like a cable is torn

Would anyone know exactly what this cable / ribbon is called? Im having trouble finding the exact name) : , also - does anyone know where to get a replacement cable? Thanks.

Does your touch sceen work.? It seems to be the cable that is connected to the digitizer.
