Internet "blocked" by "free-access" Wi-Fi

If I am traveling (walking), internet access for my Apps is "blocked" if I'm near someplace with "free Wi-Fi". It seems that my handset tries to connect to their access point, but since they require me to agree to a "Terms" page before access is allowed, internet access is blocked. My handset never falls back to HSPA+. I need to manually turn off Wi-Fi to get internet access - but then the Apps (esp. Maps, Foursquare, Twitter, Facebook, ...) complain that they need Wi-Fi to locate me.

How do I get the handset to fall back to HSPA+ when the internet is not available on Wi-Fi, while keeping Wi-Fi on to assist mapping? SBAutoLogin helps, but only for one store....
