internet connection trouble

anyone having trouble with connection? I was using wifi and when I took it off, it will only stay in 1X. I have a 4G connection where I live and this is the first time this has happened.

having the same problem in new york. rooted, and using das bamf rom and kernel

same thing in miami, but it came back about an hour ago.

I wish they would send some sort of update to warn people they're doing maintenance. Though it is usually late at night.
