just out of curiosity, can ipad2 play flash videos in websites and open flash games and flash chats? I v'e seen an unboxing video of ipad2 on one site and there was a youtube video on the page but the guy didnt play it though.
Short answer is no. If you use the Skyfire browser you should be able to watch flash videos though, as it will send the video off to Skyfire servers behind the scenes to be transcoded.
As for non-video content, I believe the answer is no, though I think you have some options to handle this if you have jailbroken.
Hopefully those days are gone now that 4 of 6 editors left Engagdet...... miss the Ryan block days lol...
I sure hope so, its ridiculous that a major tech site like Engadget is so biased. Its so obvious that all the Apple fanboys flock to engadget and bash the crap outta android in the comments at every available opportunity.

Is no one going to correct this deliberate misinformation?
All the benchmarks in the world are rather pointless whenyour comparing two entirely different OS`s. Both sytems have there own set of restrictions and bonuses. It simply comes down to which you enjoy to use. I own both the Xoom and the iPad2 and each one does certain things well.
The iPad with all the apps ive acumulated over the past year is a great entertainment device. The Xoom is my primary web surfing tablet since i absolutly love the quick menu and the voice search funtions.
The Xoom cameras clearly are better on paper, yet the iPads front facing camera works well and is a crisp pic when using facetime. The Xooms plusses aside fromjust megapixels is the awsome dual Led flash, digital zoom and the numerous options built in the camera app.
If/when the Android market gains some apps the Xoom could very well take over as my primary tablet.i love the fact i can upgrade to LTE this fall for free.
My wife and family still love the ipad because its familaiar and easy to use, we have tons of apps on it and no questions about how to do anything. I on the other hand enjoy learning about new tech and as this is my first Android tablet im loving all the options the OS and hardware bring to the tablet. Not buying Apples overpriced accesories when i can simply plug in my $5 micro HDMI to HDMI cable and go.
To each their own, people should stop worrying about whats on some benchmark and start enjoying the great technology thats available.
I guess I should believe everything I read on the internet without question, right?
And what makes them a "trusted source" as you've mentioned in both of your 2 posts on this forum? Is it the same things that make Engadget a "trusted source"? Because Endgadget frequently portrays Android in a negative light while putting Apple on a pedestal, and many people would consider them a "trusted source".
