Been using my iPhone 5 with project Fi for a week now. No big difference everything has been working the same. Using an unlocked Verizon 5 for it.

That's pretty cool. You are however only utilizing half of the Fi network capabilities as a CDMA iPhone 5 won't have the proper radio capabilities to auto switch between WiFi, CDMA & GSM for voice/data.

I'm wondering if the "sim free" iPhone 6s+ would work. That phone is supposed to support GSM and CDMA I do believe.

Anyone tried this?

It works on my 6s + also. Unlocked Tmobile version

Data is the same on both phones. The problem is when on a Tmobile network everything is fine on sprint you loose data. Now if your connected to wifi its fine but it dosen't switch networks properly.
