iPod to Micro USB - does an adapter exist?

I haven't been able to find this so thought I would check in with the vast resources of you all. My fitness club has cables to connect an iPod to the TVs at each machine so that you can play your own videos. Is there a way to connect my DInc micro USB to that?

Need to clarify - the connect at the club is the male end that would plug into the iPod. So, I am looking for a female iPod to male micro USB.

this always annoyed me, my iriver/zune would not connect to the gym or many car radios. why not just have an usb jack, not some propriety jack. Hopefully android will get recognized and have some connectivity in the future.

Good news... I am currently working on manufacturing an adapter that will plug on to any existing iPod/iPhone dock (30-pin male) and that will have both a male microUSB and 3.5mm audio plug.
