Irregular behavior since ICS: process.acore force stop, camera Au

Has anyone else experienced any of these issues since updating to ICS?

1. Opening contacts causes Contacts to force close with the error: "android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly"
2. On boot up, Search for Camera Error Authentication failed.
3. On boot up, several Permission Requested for account ...@gmail.com

If so, are there any solutions?

I was hoping to avoid a factory reset... but it looks like I'll be trying that this morning.

I'll post back if that fixes the problem.

I did the full factory restore. Seems to have resolved the issue.

If you don't see another post from me in the next few hours, I'll consider it resolved.

I have Samsung galaxy precedent 2.2.2 Android touchscreen smartphone...I have had an acore failure msg not upon start up loading, but down loading pics, I didn't do anything to fix it but I haven't had another failure msg. Do I have to fix this? Also, I have upgraded to a 32 gigabyte sd card but my phone storage is practically full and I don't see the actions of how to get more stuff transferred to an sd card?
