Is anyone developing good mid-size androids?

This was sort of a random thought, but are any of the companies putting out higher end android phones that are smaller than 4.7"? It seems like if you want to get a great andoid phone you have to get a big one. Now don't get me wrong, I love my gs4's 5" screen, but compared to a device like an iphone 5 (my last phone) it is downright massive. I feel like there are plenty of ppl out there with smaller hands than I that have a legitimate reason to prefer a smaller device. does anyone know if thats a market segment being catered to?

There's the HTC One Mini whenever it's released but that's all I can think of off the top of my head besides the Razr M.

There is speculation that the Moto X line will be mid-range to high-range in terms of internal specs but screen size and resolution would be mid-range and AMOLED.
