Is everybody enjoying the solar red

And i returned Black, returned Blue and now loving the Red... Lol

And I was also going to try your solution of putting a full body skin on it and not using a case, to keep the bright red color showing. Even the Spigen case makes it pinkish. But of course that means I can never put a case on the red one and i risk cracking it. First world problems.

Yes they will sign for it, never ship anything without insurance and signature confirmation especially things of value.

Most likely but at least I will have it insured if it gets lost during shipping and have proof that HTC received it. Just protecting myself just in case.

I just got my blue one. Amazon one day shipping is amazing. Here in 19 hrs.

Any way, the back is definitely better on the blue one. The sides are better on the red one. With a case, the blue back doesn't lose much color. So overall blue seems better.

I'm generally happy with the red, but the minor gripe is that even in a clear case, the color gets lightened by a shade, so it really skews more pink-ish. I've tried multiple cases and it's the same. I'm keeping it because it's still my favorite of the options, and I'm secure in my manhood, hahaha. I wish the red was a little darker and the sapphire blue was a little lighter, though.

That's the main problem, in my humble opinion. It's very pretty and the color ****s and everything. But if you drop it it breaks instantly because it's made of glass. So you put a case on it and just hide or at least affect the way it looks. It's simply stupid.

It's certainly true that the cases do affect the colour shifting and the light reflecting off of it, etc; but I feel like I'd need the case regardless. The cases I use on my Honor 8 (white) do affect the sheen a bit, but it's still shiny in some lights - or when I look for it haha.

Some are without a case. You can see the red is the brightest without the case and it's a toss up with the blue one. Both look equally good. With a case though, red becomes pinkish, as some photos show and then it's a matter of personal taste. I am going with the blue one.
