Is it normal Samsung S6 Edge wave light to run slower when getting a call?

samsung s6 edge wave light

the wave light while u receiving a call it keep running then going slower while it ringing until it become soooo slow ,,,is that normal!?

I don't think that's normal. Did you update your device after purchase if so try to do a cache wipe
