Is it possible to create a shortcut on homescreen to a downloaded movie?

I?ve downloaded movies from my laptop to the tablet and placed them in the already existing movies-file. Is it possible to get easy axess to them by creating a shortcut on the homesceen? One shortcut per movie. If so, I cant figure it out.

I don't know if a native way to do it but you can download Astro file manager and do it. There will be a widget available and you just drag it to the screen and choose the file you want to open with it in the popup. They are 1x1 widget's so you can do as many as you need. You could also use file widget to do it. None of these solutions is going to look good though. You would need to use some kind of this party desktop to change the icons into something that looks better.
