Is it possible to have workspace and a personal secure folder on my samsung or is it the same thing?

I recently reset my samsung note 9 and noticed that the new Secure folder i set up automatically shows 'microsoft office' as an account in securefolder>settings>accounts. I can see both secure folder and workspace in my apps list so was wondering if it might be automatically creating a secure folder linked to my work as in the past i have accessed my work online microsoft portall from my phone. i tried deleting the office account from secure folder but it cames straight back.
-is workspace just another name for securefolder or is it a seperate secure space? And if it is a folder linked to work how do i get rid of the workspace account so i can restore my personal secure folder data as i am no longer working for that company. Sorry if this is a dumb/confusing question. I can see have both workspace and secure folder showing in my apps list but cant find anything that tells me if these could be 2 seperate secure spaces.

Hi - workspace does not show up on my phone at all...I have no idea what that is. Did you Google it?

Can you comment on what you mean by "reset my note 9"? Did you do a factory reset?

If you did a factory reset, you should not see an account in your secure folder....
