I have copied and pasted videos stored in WhatsApp Video folder to SD Card and removed these videos contained which were in device storage. When I try to open a video through WhatsApp it shows 'sorry, this media file doesn't exist in your SD Card'. I did this because these videos take a hell lot of space in my internal memory. But, I moved these videos to SD Card and this pops up.

Is it possible to move entire WhatsApp media folder (or the entire WhatsApp folder itself) from device storage to SD Card in such a way that the media contents (audio, video) are viewable when opened through WhatsApp?

Unless WhatsApp has a choice of storage location, no. Sorry. (You could run External 2 Internal SD (Root) which swaps internal and external storage, and get more space, but a) the phone has to be rooted and b) everything on the card had better be backed up, because SD cards aren't made to be used for constant writing, so the card could fail at any time.
