Is it possible to run 2 versions of Skype?

Right now, I run an older hacked version of skype that allows calling on both
3G and Wifi. I have a $30 annual North America Unlimited plan that allows unlimited calling to any Canada/US # so I basically get unlimited calling with just my data plan. This is very valuable to me.

If Video calling becomes a feature of some future version of Skype, is it feasible with a little tweaking to have and use both versions on my DX?

DX has no front face camera, so video calling on DX will not likely happen.
