Is it possible to transfer an app from one phone to another?

I still play Candy Crush sometimes. When I got my s9+ I downloaded the newest version of Candy Crush, and I hate it. So much crap pops up when all I want to do is play the levels. And I don't like the graphics. I still have an older version on my old phone. Can I transfer that one to my new phone?

Um you can transfer your progress but not the app itself.

If you aren't rooted, try Helium backup. Use it to backup the game and you're progress from the old phone, then install it to the new phone. Just be sure you don't update it afterwords.

I believe I've used both AirDroid and Superbeam to transfer an installed app.
